Classic WoW First Aid Guide
Classic WoW First Aid GuideWelcome to our guide in First Aid in
WoW Classic! First Aid is one of three secondary occupations, with
Fishing and Cooking alone. In addition to two primary occupations, which
include professions such as herbalism and alchemy, being a secondary
occupation means that it can be learned. As in other professions, the
max level in First Aid is 300.To get more news about wow gold classic,

First
Aid requires players to use bandages to craft and heal themselves, and
to craft anti-venom to prevent poison damage. Such objects can also be
used on other players and on certain NPCs as well. Bandages can be made
out of cloth which falls from most humanoids, with higher quality cloth
resulting in more effective bandages.
First Aid should be
one of the earliest professions you pick up, because it is very useful
to have self-healing given while progressing, particularly if you are
playing a class that does not heal. Anti-venom consumables can be
produced from venom sacs dropping from venomous monsters (Large Venom
Sac, Massive Venom Sac, etc.) such as scorpids, spiders, and most
insecticidal creatures. There’s plenty of benefits to First Aid. First
aid helps to minimise downtime between fights, as bandages can restore
post-combat health quickly. First Aid can also aid classes with healing
spells, as using a bandage can help to preserve mana. Hunter and Warlock
players can also apply bandages, respectively, to their pets and
demons.
Players can use bandages in PvP encounters to
regain their health while in battle or triage other injured players who
do not actively suffer damage. First Aid helps to maintain mana and
casts for healers in dungeons, raids and PvP environments, as bandages
allow players to heal themselves and each other while not taking any
damage. Characters below level 35 can increase their First Aid ability
to 225 to use Heavy Runecloth Bandage, provided the bandages are created
by another character. This is particularly important for players who
build twink characters within this range of levels.
As they
will have access to much more effective bandages, this can also help
with levelling alt characters. Learning and levelling of all secondary
professions is strongly recommended for all players (and considered
mandatory for raiding and PvP), as they provide additional utility and
alternate gold-earning methods.
Bandages can be applied only
once every 60 seconds to the same player / NPC, because bandages add the
Recently Bandaged debuff, which is similar to the Weakened Soul. If the
player applying the bandage or the player / NPC being bandaged causes
damage, the healing effect is cancelled and the Recently Bandaged debuff
is still applied. The player applying the bandage must not move, or it
will cancel the channelling effect. Furthermore, as long as they stay
within range the player / NPC being bandaged is free to pass. Bandages
have a 15-yard radius when used on other players / NPCs.

The Master in Management (MiM) program
The Master in Management (MiM) programThe 2017 Block Seminar
program, jointly held by Tsinghua university's MiM program and CEMS, was
successfully carried out at Tsinghua university from September 11th to
17th, 2017. During the one week’ exchanges and discussions, a total of
27 classmates who come from 17 countries and 17 CEMS alliance colleges
have acquired a preliminary understanding to the current situation of
the development of China's economy, trends, and cultural characteristics
of Chinese enterprises through enterprise visit and experience sharing
activities.To get more news about
Master in Management China, you can visit acem.sjtu.edu.cn official website.
Professor
CHI Wei, the academic director of MiM program, first gave a warm
welcome to students from CEMS alliance colleges all over the world and
introduced the development situation of this program as well as the rich
and colorful content of the program. Professor HE Ping from the
Department of Finance then gave a lecture on the theme of "the Chinese
Economy, Banking and Financial System", introducing the development of
China from a planned economy to market economy in detail, analyzing the
factors for China's rapid economic development, and emphasizing that
"entrepreneurial fever" is a new characteristic of the economic growth
in China. David, a student from Stockholm School of Economics, Germany,
agreed with Professor He’s values of open, self-discipline, free, and
self-confidence. David believed that this attitude drives many Chinese
companies’ becoming increasingly powerful in recent years.
Besides
lectures and sharing, this program also organized students to visit the
enterprise, to let students feel Chinese culture and Chinese
entrepreneurship and to help students to understand the status of
China's economic development. In five days, the program successively
organized students to visit Yizhuang economic development district in
Beijing, Kun Ding Group, BOE Company and Xiaomi Company. During the
process of talking with the enterprise staff and field experience,
students experienced the vitality of China's economic development. In
Kun Ding group, students have a preliminary understanding of the
development history, main business, corporate culture and latest
developments of Kun Ding group through the group's explanation. Later,
during the question-and-answer session, the explainer patiently answered
questions about the company's development strategy, marketing plan and
other details.
The visit of Kun Ding group gives the CEMS
students a preliminary understanding of the operation and marketing
strategies of Chinese investment management companies. The students then
visited the BOE group. BOE is an Internet of things technology, products
and services provider, founded in April 1993, with core services
including display devices, smart systems and health services. Through
the visit, product experience and question and answer session, CEMS
students understand the vision and mission of BOE as well as the
management idea, and feel more deeply the present situation of Chinese
IT enterprise culture and enterprise development of Chinese IT.As the
last stop, the students came to Xiaomi Company, which has a very rapid
development in recent years. Both the product display and q&a
session let every student feel the company culture of pursuing quality.
Mate,
a student from Bocconi University in Italy, said he was impressed by
the Q&A session. When asked "is it very difficult for Xiaomi Company
to design an operating system by itself?", the head of Xiaomi Company
said that Xiaomi always hopes to make money through service instead of
hardware, and Xiaomi is more willing to use an open operating system, so
that they can focus more on the development of software service
optimization.A week of lectures and business visits gave CEMS students a
lot of insights and thoughts. In the sharing, Oliver, a student from
the London School of Economics and Political Science summarized: "if the
foreign enterprises want to enter China, they must learn in the local
complex environment for development of space. As a foreigner, if you
want to work in Chinese company, you have to be both modest and prudent
yet flexible."

China's military made moves near disputed border in Ladakh region
China's military made moves near disputed border in Ladakh

China's military near a disputed border in the Ladakh region, but
China's foreign ministry maintains its border troops "never crossed the
line of actual control".To get more
China latest news, you can visit shine news official website.
Months
into the rival nations' deadliest stand-off in decades, local military
commanders from the two countries were meeting along the disputed
frontier to "resolve the issues", India's defence ministry said.It
added India was committed to dialogue "but is also equally determined to
protect its territorial integrity".
The statement said
China's People's Liberation Army on Saturday night (local time) "carried
out provocative military movements to change the status quo" and
"violated the previous consensus arrived at during military and
diplomatic engagements" to settle the standoff in the cold-desert
region.Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian told a news
briefing that both sides were in communication regarding the situation
on the ground.
India's defence ministry issued its
statement after a gap of a day and did not give details of the nature of
the new conflict. The statement said Indian troops "undertook measures
to strengthen our positions and thwart Chinese intentions to
unilaterally change facts on ground".It said the activity took place on
the southern bank of Pangong Lake, a glacial lake divided by the de
facto frontier between the rivals and where the India-China face-off
began in early May.

India accuses China of 'provocative military movements' at border
India accuses China of 'provocative military movements' at
borderIt said Chinese troops carried out "provocative military
movements" to change the status quo in Ladakh. To get more
China breaking news, you can visit shine news official website.
At
least 20 Indian soldiers died in clashes with Chinese troops in the
region in June. China has not said if its soldiers also died. The two
nuclear powers accused each other of crossing the poorly demarcated
border and provoking the fight.China has denied that its troops violated
the status quo."Chinese border troops have always strictly observed the
Line of Actual Control and have never crossed the line.
The
border troops of the two countries have been in communication over
territory issues," China's foreign ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian
said. But Delhi said that Indian troops "pre-empted" Chinese activity on
"the Southern Bank of Pangong Tso Lake" on the night of 29 August."We
undertook measures to strengthen our positions and thwart Chinese
intentions to unilaterally change facts on ground," a statement from the
Indian government said.It added that Delhi was committed to peace talks
but "is also equally determined to protect its territorial integrity".
Analysts say that such a public announcement from India suggests that
the relative peace on the border has been broken.
Media
reports said troops clashed on ridges at a height of nearly 4,300m
(14,000ft) on steep terrain, with some Indian soldiers falling into the
fast-flowing Galwan river in sub-zero temperatures.At least 76 Indian
soldiers were reportedly injured in addition to the 20 dead. China has
not released any information about casualties on its side. The fighting
took place without any firearms because of a 1996 agreement barring guns
and explosives from the area.
Since then, the two sides have
held several military-level and diplomatic talks to resolve the issue.
But both sides continue to accuse each other of not stopping
construction at the border.Minor clashes have also been reported and
analysts say the situation has remained fluid in the region since
June. The Line of Actual Control, as the disputed border between the two
nations is known, is poorly demarcated.
The presence of
rivers, lakes and snowcaps mean the line can shift. The soldiers on
either side - representing two of the world's largest armies - come face
to face at many points. India has accused China of sending thousands of
troops into Ladakh's Galwan valley and says China occupies 38,000sq km
(14,700sq miles) of its territory.
Several rounds of
talks in the last three decades have failed to resolve the boundary
disputes. The two countries have fought only one war so far, in 1962,
when India suffered a humiliating defeat. There are several reasons why
tensions have risen recently - but competing strategic goals lie at the
root, and both sides blame each other.India's new road in what experts
say is the most remote and vulnerable area along the border in Ladakh
could boost Delhi's capability to move men and materiel rapidly in case
of a conflict.

China again boosts R&D spending by more than 10%
China continued its yearslong run of double-digit percentage
increases in spending on R&D in 2019, but the nation is likely to
fall short of a long-standing goal of increasing R&D expenditures to
2.5% of gross domestic product (GDP) by this year. But not hitting the
target "should not be considered a failure, as China has been increasing
its R&D expenditure over the past several decades at a rate higher
than GDP growth,†says Cao Cong, a science policy specialist at the
University of Nottingham’s Ningbo, China, campus. To get more
China news, you can visit shine news official website.
Total public and private science and technology expenditures in 2019
rose 12.5% over the previous year to 2.21 trillion Chinese yuan ($322
billion), the National Bureau of Statistics reported yesterday. Spending
on basic research accounted for 6% of the total; applied research,
11.3%; and development, 82.7%. The spending amounted to 2.23% of GDP, an
increase of 0.09 percentage points from the previous year.
The 2.5% of GDP by 2020 goal was spelled out in China’s most recent Five
Year Plan and in a 15-year Medium- and Long-Term Program for Science
and Technology Development. For comparison, the United States spent
2.83% of GDP on R&D in 2018, according to the 5 August Main Science
and Technology Indicators of the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation
and Development (OECD), which covers 37 of the world’s largest national
economies. OECD as a whole spent 2.38% of GDP on R&D in 2018. Israel
and South Korea spent 4.9% and 4.5% of GDP, respectively, in 2018.In
terms of absolute expenditures, China is the world’s second biggest
spender on R&D, with $468 billion versus the United States’s
investment of $582 billion in 2018 according to OECD’s purchasing power
parity comparison.
But Cao and other analysts expect
China to continue to close the gap. Cao points to several research
milestones China passed in 2019. Investment in basic research reached 6%
of total spending for the first time after hovering at just over 5% for
10 years. And combined national and local governmental expenditures on
research topped 1 trillion yuan for the first time. He expects new,
ambitious targets to be set in the next 5-year and medium-to-long-term
science plans, which are now under discussion.
Research
priorities are yet to be set for the new plans, says Xie Xuemei, a
specialist in innovation economics at Shanghai University. She says it
is not clear to what extent the COVID-19 crisis will influence the
plans. But she thinks there will be more emphasis on bolstering medical
systems, public health emergency response capabilities, and life
sciences in general.
